I appreciate your interest in buying from me. These terms have been crafted to create transparency around purchasing my products and services and to address the most frequent questions. 1. Refunds

Due to the individualized nature of my services, all sales are final. 

 

 

2. Rescheduling Policy

You can reschedule your session 48 hours in advance via my booking calendar. Rescheduling is possible up to three times before the session expires. 

 

 

3. Rescheduling Emergencies

Unexpected live events or emotional lows happen, and I fully understand this can happen at any time. In that case, please email me at: mail@simonefoerster.com 

 

 

4. Payment Plans

If you select PayPal during the check-out process, you will see that they offer several payment options at check-out. Please note that PayPal provides these options and not simonefoerster.com.  Payment plans for application-based offerings can be discussed separately once onboarding starts.

5. Timezone and Availability

My availability is based on CET/CEST time. The booking calendar displays the available session times in your local time zone. If you don't find a suitable time, please reach out, and I am happy to look for different possibilities.

 

6. Support between Sessions

The service description will clearly state whether voice and text note support and guidance between sessions is available on Voxer, What's App or Telegram. If the offering you are interested in does not include support between sessions, please know that this requires an additional energy exchange and needs to be discussed separately. You are always welcome to reach out and enquire about it.

7. Do I need to know Human Design and Astrology?

No. It is helpful if you have a basic understanding, but not a prerequisite. I will tailor the mentoring and consulting experience exactly to your needs and experience.
